Calstock Ferry Boat Skipper / Project Manager

The Tamara Landscape Partnership Scheme is looking for a boat skipper / project manager to set up and run a two-season trial of commercial viability (2024-2025) for its new pioneering electric powered passenger ferry service on the river Tamar to operate in the Calstock area. The boat is a newly purchased 7m aluminium landing craft design.

Minimum requirements include Powerboat 2 with commercial endorsement and 12 months relevant experience (ideally of the river Tamar or similar), medical and first aid certificate, and excellent boat handling and people skills.
